Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a quality control technician to perform routine and non-routine QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to SOPs and product specs.

The role requires safe handling of hazardous materials, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, and Scientific Operations to uphold GMP standards. Overtime and long standing may be required.

Qualifications

• Laboratory certificate required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology or Microbiology.
• Experience with GMP/GDP/GLP regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine QC testing on materials and products per SOPs.
• Safely handle hazardous materials and follow safety policies.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Document results accurately in records and SAP systems.
• Support investigations of out-of-spec results and corrective actions.
• Ensure GMP/GDP/GLP compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide support across multiple QC labs as needed.
