Southern Oregon Goodwill is hiring a Material Handler in Grants Pass, OR. The role leads daily store operations, supports our mission to convert donations into employment, and helps drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Speak and understand English well enough to read materials and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Physical ability to perform duties and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead a team to drive sales.
• Perform inventories and tracking for retail operations.
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and housekeeping.
• Support client programs and work plans as assigned by store manager.
