Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail or similar setting.
• Ability to read and understand English materials and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform physical duties and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and assist with driving sales.
• Perform inventories, tallies, or tracking activities.
• Conduct general housekeeping (vacuum, sweep, dust, rest room maintenance).
• Assist GoodWorks staff with work plans for client programs.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on equipment.
