Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Material Handler - Picker for the Reeb Finish team to pull doors, inserts and lites from the warehouse to supply shops for pre-hung door unit assembly.

Responsibilities include scanning work orders with a handheld scanner, staging material in order, ensuring production flow, and coordinating with the scheduler and supervisors. Forklift and order picker operation are required to perform duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Forklift - Cherry Picker Experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull doors, inserts and lites from the warehouse using a hand-held scanner.
• Stage material in the correct order to support shop assembly.
• Stack material to maintain steady production flow in the shop.
• Communicate with the production scheduler, shop supervisor and department manager.
• Operate forklift and order picker as required.
