Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing firm in Devens, MA to hire experienced Warehouse Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. The role offers a clean, professional environment, strong training, and meaningful long-term growth opportunities.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with pay at 20.50 per hour. Duties include receiving, stocking, picking, and packing, plus inventory control and safety compliance.

Formación

• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counts preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, stock, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipment.
• Route materials and finished products to designated locations.
• Process accurate inventory transactions using warehouse systems.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization within the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Details:

$20.50 per hour
