Charter Next Generation is hiring for Full Time Indirect Labor in Superior, MN. Join a creator of sustainable packaging with employee ownership and strong growth across facilities.

Expect 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with forklift and pallet jack responsibilities, and generous benefits. You will perform duties with safety focus, participate in training, handle wrapping and labeling of rolls, and help maintain production areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the training curriculum to learn forklift operation and packaging tools.
• Transfer finished rolls from extrusion line using a pallet jack.
• Package/label rolls per customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials.
