Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Material Handler/Shipper in Turners Falls, MA. This full-time role supports extrusion packaging, transfers finished rolls, and ensures safe, efficient material flow.

Schedule includes 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 pattern, with day or night options; lift up to 65 pounds; forklift experience required. We offer employee ownership, comprehensive benefits, and growth across 18+ facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Forklift experience required.
• Wages start from $19.00–$22.00 per hour, dependent on experience; $2.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Transfer finished rolls from extrusion line.
• Package/label rolls per customer specs.
• Perform scrap removal.
• Stock production/packaging areas with materials.
• Maintain good interaction with supervisor and coworkers.
