Charter Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to operate state-of-the-art extrusion equipment and support quality production. You will monitor production, transfer rolls, and assist with packaging and labeling while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Wages ranging from $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Transferring finished rolls of film from an extrusion line.
• Packaging and labeling rolls per customer specifications.
• Scrap removal and maintaining clean work areas.
• Stock production/packaging areas with necessary materials.
• Maintain good interaction and teamwork with supervisor and co-workers.
