Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Superior, MN is seeking an Indirect Labor team member to support safe, efficient packaging operations. You will learn forklift operation, transfer finished rolls, and label per customer specs, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the training curriculum where you will learn how to drive and operate a forklift as well as use other packaging tools
• Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line with the use of a pallet jack
• Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications

• Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials

The Role

From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

Schedule : Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• 12-hour shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
• Rotational Shifts: Rotates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks

What You'll Do
