Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inbound Material Handler Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11pm). The role focuses on efficient receiving, staging, and loading of parts and equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy in all shipments.

The position requires 2–4 years in a warehouse setting, strong English communication, and experience with WMS/QMS and RF scanning. We offer an Employee Ownership Program and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications are a plus.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to operate hand-held RF devices and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners.
