Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member for onsite shift in Michigan-Portage, working Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm with weekend overtime as needed. You will move parts through the plant, manage inventory, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring quality and traceability.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience; forklift operation experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay with differential and benefits. Travel none.

Qualifications

• Two years manufacturing experience required.
• General computer skills required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move parts and materials through the manufacturing plant with quality and efficiency.
• Maintain computerized inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Coordinate with quality technicians and logistics material handlers for traceability.
• Perform set-ups, work preparation, cleanup, and ensure quality of own work and area.
• Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
