Job summary

Stryker in Portage, MI is seeking a 2nd shift fabrication associate. You will operate and set up basic fabrication equipment, perform inspections, and ensure quality while meeting production goals.

• Preferred candidates possess High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing experience.
• Experience with fabrication equipment and inspection processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up fabrication equipment and tooling.
• Perform inspections and ensure quality per gage plans.
• Maintain set-up, work area, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Record-keeping in accordance with Stryker specifications.
• Meet production goals and overtime requirements including weekends.
