Stryker Corporation is seeking a dedicated team member for onsite shift in Michigan-Portage, working Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm with weekend overtime as needed. You will move parts through the plant, manage inventory, and operate material handling equipment while ensuring quality and traceability.
Required: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience; forklift operation experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay with differential and benefits. Travel none.
Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm / Saturday overtime as needed.
Works with quality and production to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the manufacturing plant. Maintain a computerized inventory system, reconciling discrepancies as required. Must be able to proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment which may include, but not limited to: forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Work with quality technicians and logistics material handlers to ensure correct component identification and traceability. Conduct fact finding and problem solving as required. Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as directed. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria. Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) Years experience in a Manufacturing environment or related. Preferred: Ability to operate common material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, scales, label maker, PC, etc.). General computer skills. Forklift Operation experience. $23.90/hr + $2.00 Shift Differential plus bonus potential and benefits.

Work Flexibility Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
