Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Franklin, NH is seeking a self-directed DC associate to receive, store, issue and transact materials to support plant operations. On-site role with travel under 10%.

You will operate forklifts/reach trucks, perform cycle counts, packing/shipping, and ensure accurate inventory through DO system transactions. Requires attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of related experience is required.
  • Proficient math skills and basic computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift, reach truck, and picker truck to move items.
  • Perform picking per procedures and assist in packaging and shipping.

This self-directed, detail-oriented individual, as part of the Distribution Center team, will be responsible for receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting equipment, material, products, supplies tools and inventories in support of plant operation.

This position reports to the DC Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Franklin, NH.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receiving
  • Fork Truck Operation
  • Reach Truck Operation
  • Picker Truck Operation
  • Picking per procedures
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Scanner Operation
  • Cycle Counts, as required
  • Physical and scale counting
  • DO system transactions and procedures
  • Provide a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain
  • Perform physical inventories, as required
  • Machine, Assembly and other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned the DC Supervisor or Company management.
  • Travel Requirements: less than 10%
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Proficient math skills
  • Basic computer skills to perform computer-related transactions
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Franklin location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
