JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision, the employee will act as the lead in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in SAP at all times. Following department procedures, the employee should be able to perform at least three of the following functions: RTS (Return to Stock), stockroom, cycle counts, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, or receiving. The employee will reconcile inventory variances and make necessary adjustments. Reporting line record accuracy to the Supervisor and Manager is also required. Occasionally, the employee will serve as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the Production line regarding inventory or shortages issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stockroom / RTS:
- Use RF scanners in SAP to put materials away in the stockroom and verify transactions.
- Pull kits and split them following the system-based kit pull procedure.
- Scan kits to the G drive and check shortages to ensure completeness.
- Count all materials returned from the line to ensure system accuracy.
- Maintain organization of box build areas and ensure all kanbans are filled with material.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Other related duties:
- Physical and system movement of materials within Operations.
- Cycle counting of any area.
- Complete material disposition report forms.
- Backflush material accurately in the ERP system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Receiving:
- Follow ISO documented receiving procedures.
- Validate carton counts against bill of lading, match packing to each lot, and note exceptions.
- Sign for all materials delivered once validated.
- Validate purchase orders, part numbers, quantities, and suppliers; complete receipts in the system.
- Perform de-trash shipments to eliminate waste.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Receiving Inspection:
- Follow ISO procedures for incoming material inspection.
- Verify packing slips, receipts, and inventory quantities.
- Perform SAP transactions to move materials as required.
- Adjust inventory as needed.
- Obtain and maintain IPC’s Standard-A-610 certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Shipping:
- Follow ISO shipping procedures.
- Manage transportation scheduling using Jabil or customer carriers.
- Perform physical movements and system transactions accurately and safely.
- Support work cell month-ends, including working extra hours if necessary.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.

- Ability to interpret graphs and perform rate, ratio, and percent calculations.
