Job summary

Watts, Fort Worth, TX, seeks a skilled Warehouse professional to lead material handling, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency in our on-site operations. You will coordinate requisitions, support stocking strategies, and backstop warehouse functions under the Warehouse Manager.

Minimum 4+ years in warehousing with ERP/WMS experience is required. The role emphasizes compliance with safety and company policies, plus the ability to adapt to dynamic production demands and perform ERP

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years warehouse/manufacturing experience.
  • Proven experience leading material handling processes.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions.
  • Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

  • Pull materials and support critical production requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate material requisition activities across operations.
  • Support stocking strategy and optimize material storage efficiency.
  • Provide operational backup and guidance across warehouse functions.
  • Perform advanced ERP transactions (adjustments, transfers, reconciliation).
  • Verify material availability and resolve shortages with urgency.
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensures warehouse accuracy.
  • Manage returns processing (RMA, canceled jobs, discrepancies, misplaced materials).
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Company management.

Scope of Position

This highly skilled and proactive individual, as part of the Warehouse team, will be responsible for leading complex material handling activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficiency improvements within the warehouse operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert and supports operational excellence through problem-solving and process ownership.

This position reports to WQ Warehouse Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel Requirements: Minimal to none
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience leading material handling processes
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions
  • Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

    Working Conditions:

    While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, Texas. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

    Physical Requirements :
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
    • Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
    • Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
    • Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
    • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
