You will use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems to move merchandise efficiently.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, training responsibilities as needed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting peak volumes.

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.

• Willingness to learn warehouse systems (RF, WMS) and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to train team members when assigned.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• PIE experience and certification.
• Experience training others.
• Experience handling automotive parts or related merchandise.
• Experience operating WMS, RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Experience in productivity/quality/performance-driven settings.
• Proficiency in additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, acquisitions per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, voice-picking systems and related tech.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from locations and racks.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks while protecting cargo.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via scanning, labeling, auditing, discrepancy resolution.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
• Handle hazardous materials per safety standards.
