O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse professional to support inbound/outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related operations within the distribution center. The role focuses on accurate processing, inventory control, and safe handling of merchandise using RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS systems.

Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, staging, and inventory reconciliation, with emphasis on productivity, quality, and safety standards.

• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, and racks.
• Load/unload trailers and route trucks while protecting merchandise from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or placement.
