O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate in Horn Lake, Mississippi to help ensure accurate inventory and efficient inbound receiving. You will unload, stock, and locate automotive parts, while following safety protocols and company procedures.

Responsibilities include matching counts to PODs, documenting discrepancies, and assisting in the DC target training program as needed. Team collaboration and reliability are essential in this role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must pass a company-standardized test.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
• Unload merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
• Match skid or box counts to the Proof of Delivery documentation, noting discrepancies.
• Place skids on the dock, remove packing lists, and document Vendor Compliance issues.
• Receive product on batches, stock from vendors, store returns, and warehouse transfers.
