Job summary

Frymaster, a Welbilt brand, is seeking a Material Handler II (Water Spider) in Shreveport, LA, to ensure daily parts are located at the workstation, move materials safely, and support production with accurate part identification.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will perform cycle counts, maintain 5S, and help with inventory management while staying ready to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a material handling or production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with department personnel to locate daily required parts.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management within assigned department.
• Maintain 5S and ensure cleanliness and part presentation.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (hand trucks, hoists, forklifts).
• Maintain parts identification throughout delivery process.
