Frymaster, a Welbilt brand, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for its Shreveport, LA location. You will serve as the liaison between outside sales, factory representatives and dealers, helping to streamline processes and contribute to revenue growth.

The role demands organization, attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound calls and emails related to sales orders, resolve routine order and delivery issues, maintain customer data, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience in sales support or administrative role.
• Manufacturing background preferred but not required.
• Experience handling orders and customer inquiries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolves routine and basic problems, communicates solution, ensuring satisfaction.
• Address inquiries, provide product information and process purchase orders.

This will require being organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
