AMA-ALU Corporation is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations at our aluminum packaging facility in Hatfield, PA. You will receive, move, and store materials, supply machine operators, and help with production changeovers while maintaining GMP compliance and safe handling.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory, proper labeling, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for advancement and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Forklift or powered pallet jack experience preferred; authorization required prior to operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; basic counting and quantity verification.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer or inventory-scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Supply machine operators with materials and report shortages promptly.
• Assist with production changeovers by delivering new materials and removing unused supplies.
• Prepare shipments, palletize, wrap, label, and stage finished products.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and labeling; report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and apply FIFO when required.
• Operate equipment after training and authorization; stay compliant with safety rules.
