Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler in Fremont, CA to move and process materials within the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, while recording actions in the Warehouse Management System.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient material handling in inbound, outbound, and internal operations. Qualifications include 0-2 years in warehouse/logistics, forklift experience, and willingness to apply LEAN principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years’ forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles (5S/7S); training provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of logistics, shipping, receiving and standard work instructions.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Prior Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment to move material in warehouse.
• Unload inbound products and load outbound processing.
• Weigh products and take measurements; verify product accuracy.
• Receive, unpack, check, and verify product for accuracy.
• Use handheld RF tools to receive, pick, stock check, and ship in WMS.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Label, pack, and wrap products for shipping or storage.
• Stage orders and ensure proper documents accompany shipments.
