Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler in Fremont, CA to process parts through the warehouse and WMS system. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF devices, while maintaining accurate inventory and clean loading areas.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, staging, and shipping; performing cycle counts; and adhering to safety and quality standards. Prior forklift certification and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required; stand-up experience beneficial.
• LEAN/5S understanding and ability to apply.
• Strong math and writing skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Unload inbound customer products from deliveries.
• Load outbound products for processing and shipping.
• Weigh products and record measurements (DIMS).
• Receive, unpack, check and verify products for accuracy.
• Perform receiving exceptions as needed.
• Use RF handheld tools to receive, pick, stock check and ship.
• Conduct stock checks and cycle counts; support physical inventory.
• Pack, repack and wrap products for shipping/storage.
• Stage completed orders for shipping and ensure proper documents.
• Inform supervisor of overages/shortages/damage during picking or shipping.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and keep workspace clean.
• Cross-train to learn other warehouse functions.
