Job summary

RK Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler to process parts through the warehouse and through the WMS for accurate record keeping. The role includes operating forklifts and other equipment, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and staging shipments, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory verification, handling RAM and BOL documentation, and cross-training with other warehouse functions. Lean principles knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years’ Warehouse and Logistics experience.
• 1-2 years forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn LEAN principles (5S and 7S) with training provided.
• Strong communication, math, and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Move material using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklift equipment.
• Unload inbound products and load outbound goods.
• Receive, verify, and pack products; conduct cycle counts.
• Use RF scanners and WMS for inventory transactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation (BOL, packing slips, etc.).
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; follow safety policies.
