This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to internal processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and willingness to obtain any required safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of related experience or training.
• Experience with a picker, forklift, RF scanner, and inventory management systems preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC wholesale industry and OSHA safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely to locate and move stock.
• Receive product by unloading trucks and verify against packing lists.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and in good condition; complete required paperwork.
• Scan labels, print stock labels, and resolve labeling discrepancies.
• Fill orders, pack items securely, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and accurate documentation; participate in cycle counts.
• Maintain required certifications and communicate professionally with customers.
