Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center professional in Houston to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations. You will process merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety and quality standards across warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with RF/WMS tools, while ensuring efficient workflows and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation.
Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
Identify unsafe conditions and report them to leadership promptly.
