Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to perform material handling duties supporting inbound/outbound/returns and acquisitions within the distribution center. You will operate RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS to move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include receiving, unloading, stocking, sorting, picking, packing, staging, and shipping merchandise; ensuring documentation matches, and proactively

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle merchandise safely.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse tech.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking, and reserve storage areas.
