Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Material Handler I to support efficient material handling and inventory control on production lines.

The role involves receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and timely replenishment, with shift 6:00am-2:30pm and hourly pay of $21.00, plus eligibility for a variable incentive plan. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with/without assistance and perform physical tasks.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
• Relocation assistance not offered; only local candidates within 50 miles will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Record date entries in Hotsheets for Shipping/Receiving awareness.
• Support the E&O process with supervision.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review goals and metrics.
• Handle inbound/outbound materials; ensure proper storage and handling.
• Assist with unloading/loading shipments and handling scrap materials.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and rack checks with Supply Chain.
