Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler I for the Wilsonville, OR team. The position pays $21.00 per hour and includes eligibility for a variable incentive plan. Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm.

General guidelines for salary are based on skills and experience and may vary by market. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, updating Hotsheets, handling Kanban materials, assisting with shipping/receiving and cycle counts, and collaborating with the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, distribution center, or warehouse environment with experience related to inventory, shipping, or receiving.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates in the immediate geographic area (50-mile radius) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Enter data in Hotsheets to inform Shipping and Receiving about arriving parts.
• Support the Excess & Overage (E&O) process under guidance from senior teammates.
• Attend daily team meetings to review goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage inbound materials and Kanban parts; ensure timely replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Transport and organize materials across product lines to support production flow.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Supply Chain to ensure correct material placement and stock levels.
• Assist with unloading and loading inbound/outbound shipments and proper storage.
