Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator to load, unload, and move finished product in shipping and receiving. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, perform putaway, picking and packing, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.
• Key orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS) and verify stock for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Receive product, inspect crates, apply labels, and verify placement in storage locations.
• Putaway products into designated locations and record inventory movements.
• Wrap and pack products, label boxes, load onto conveyors, and verify orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
