Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, pick and pack orders, and manage receipts in a fast-paced facility. The role requires ability to use a WMS, verify stock, and place products on pallets for shipping.

The position involves 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement within a large manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Six months to 1 year sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping and listening abilities.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Work safely and conscientiously.
• Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to assemble customer orders from stock and palletize.
• Enter keys into Warehouse Management System (WMS) and verify stock availability.
• Audit orders for accuracy and convey picked orders to packing or shipping.
• Receive product, inspect crates, apply labels, and place in proper location.
• Move product to designated areas and update inventory in system.
• Wrap and pack products by hand, label boxes, and load onto conveyor.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as required.
