Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Dal-Tile subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an intermediate level Material Handler to join our distribution team. You will stock, wrap, load and unload materials, and enter orders in the Warehouse Management System.

The shift is 7am-7pm on a 2-2-3 schedule, with safety rules and a commitment to accuracy. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift certification, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklifts and crane equipment.
• Keys orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy.
• Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping area.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
