Job summary

Dal-Tile is hiring a forklift operator to support order picking and stocking at our Sunnyvale, TX warehouse. The role requires operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, entering data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

The position runs on the 3rd shift (M-F, 7:00pm-3:30am). You will receive training and work in a safety-conscious environment with opportunities for career growth within Mohawk Industries family.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications; accurate measurement; English speaking.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and place orders on pallets.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing station or shipping areas.
• Receive and inspect product; open crates; label and stock as required.
• Putaway and inventory updates in the system.
• Wrap and pack products for shipping; label boxes and load to conveyer.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the area clean and organized.
