Job summary

Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division in Reno, NV is hiring a Material Handler (2nd Shift) to support cable tray production. The role operates a forklift, loads/unloads trailers, stocks materials, and maintains organized storage while following LEAN practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months forklift or material handling experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• No immigration sponsorship or work authorization support provided.
• Residence within Reno, NV (50 miles) preferred; no relocation benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, components, supplies and finished goods.
• Load and unload trailers as required.
• Pick and pull stock for delivery and organize pallet area daily.
• Maintain material storage locations inside and outside the building.
• Complete forklift inspections daily and support LEAN tools on the shop floor.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
