Eaton is seeking an Assembler IV on 1st Shift in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies for electrical control equipment. You will prepare assemblies for testing and inspection while meeting quality standards.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.66 with eligibility for a variable incentive plan, and requires lifting up to 35 lbs, with shift from 7:00am to 3:45pm. Related experience or technical education is required.

Qualifications

• One of: 1 year of electrical wiring experience; a completed technical degree in a related field; Connectors I & II certifications AND 1 year of experience as an Assembler III.

Responsabilités

• Perform wiring and assembly of subassemblies and switchboards per instructions and schematics.
• Use tools like wire strippers, crimpers, wire cutters, impact guns, drills, and pliers to complete electrical wiring.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures; 5S duties and accurate part handling.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and assist with test preparation and final inspection.
