Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of internal switchboard manufacturing experience or 2 Assembler II certifications.
• No immigration sponsorship; not offering CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related work permits.
• Relocation not offered; candidates within 50 miles of El Paso, TX only; active-duty military exempt from distance rule.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards and subassemblies per oral/written instructions and engineering drawings.
• Use tools such as impact gun, sidewinder, and drill for assembly and testing preparation.
• Handle materials following established procedures and maintain clean, orderly work area (5S).
• Monitor progress, communicate shortages, and collaborate with team; flex into other functions as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while supporting business needs and timely completion.
