Stryker Corporation is seeking an onsite manufacturing operator working Sunday through Thursday, 9:45pm–6:15am. You will operate metal fabrication equipment and build high-quality parts following established procedures to support safe, efficient production.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience, with physical capability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods. Bonus potential and benefits are offered.
Operate metal fabrication equipment, including punch presses, shears, rolls, power brakes, and saws, to cut, bend, form, and shape metal components to specification. This role follows established procedures and work instructions to support safe, efficient production while learning manufacturing processes and developing technical skills. Responsible for producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment Responsible for running production as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling Conducts inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate required inspection equipment and troubleshoots as needed Responsible for set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of own work and work area Assures compliance with policies and procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
