Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is a Longmont, CO-based manufacturer seeking a Material Handler to transfer inventory between warehouse locations, load/unload parts, and restock the factory warehouse. The role collaborates with production to identify transfers and records transactions in the SyteLine ERP system.

Qualified candidates have 1+ years in shipping/receiving, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack.

Responsabilidades

• Identify needed parts to replenish each production line.
• Locate needed parts in warehouse.
• Safely move parts using pallet jack or stand-up forklift.
• Unload truck and restock primary factory warehouse locations.
• Update SyteLine ERP with receipts, transfers, and other information as needed.
• Act as backup receiver to receive incoming components.
• Inspect goods for accuracy against packing list, identify damage, and log in ERP.
• Know and follow safety policies.
• Maintain clean and organized areas.
• Communicate parts problems with Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Operations.

Summary

The Material Handler is the primary person responsible for transferring inventory between SENS warehouse locations. SENS goal is to maintain approximately one to two weeks of parts in the factory warehouse, and extra stock at our backup warehouse. The material handler works with the production department to identify needed transfers. They create transfer transactions in the SyteLine ERP system, physically load, and unload parts between warehouses, and restock the factory warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Identify needed parts needed to replenish each production line.
• Locate needed parts in warehouse.
• Safely move parts using Pallet Jack or Stand-Up Forklift off of box truck.
• Unload truck and restock primary factory warehouse locations.
• Accurately update Syteline ERP system with receipts, transfers, and other information as needed.
• Act as backup Receiver to receive incoming components.
• Inspect physical goods for accuracy against the packing list, identify damage, complete receiving in the ERP system, and shelf the parts.
• Know and follow safety policies.
• Maintain clean and organized areas.
• Clearly communicate with Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Operations any parts problems.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and computer-based inventory systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English as needed to perform the duties of the job.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and take initiative.

• Ability to drive 26ft Diesel box truck when needed.

Closing Date: November 28th . While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.

Base Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $22.50

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
