The Production Supervisor plays a vital leadership role, overseeing production personnel and manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence through effective team development, cross-functional coordination, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, a passion for lean methodologies, and a proven track record of leading high-performing team.
2 nd Shift: Mon-Thu 3:30pm – 1:00am and Fri 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Location: This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO.
Base Compensation:$82,000 - $115,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
