Job summary

FedEx in Oakland, CA seeks a warehouse associate to safely operate equipment for moving packages and heavy freight. You will assist in pallet buildup and breakdown and liaise with ULD repair vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to bend and squat for designated work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages/documents/heavyweight.
• Assist in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serve as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
