Job summary

Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Material Handler for Wabtec in Duncan, SC. The position offers a pay rate of $19.00 per hour, with a Monday – Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will move, transport, and manage materials across warehouse and production areas, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, forklift operation, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
• Forklift operation experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production facility
• Pull parts for production and stock materials in assigned locations
• Pack wooden crates and overpack boxes for customer shipments
• Load and unload customer orders safely and accurately
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Complete production, shipping, and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all Quality Management System requirements and safety procedures
