Job summary

RRD in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse/Production Associate to palletize finished goods, wrap pallets for stability, and load/unload materials to designated machine units. You will operate the line equipment (227, Alphaliner, Ferag) and help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, be able to multi-task, and communicate in English. The role offers overtime, comprehensive benefits, and a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 0-1 year related experience (preferred).
• Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively in English, and operate pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finished products according to USPS standards and palletize neatly.
• Load/unload materials, set up basic machine operations, respond to indicators, and clear jams.
• Support safety policies and participate in internal audits and team meetings.
