Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse layout and procedures.
• Ability to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instructions.
• Familiarity with shrink-wrap equipment and packaging processes.
• Ability to complete stock description forms and labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, signatures or other in-process product to equipment.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Load materials into trucks and apply strapping or padding to prevent damage.
• Convey materials to designated areas using carts or two-wheeled devices.
• Count, weigh, and record units moved on daily production sheets.
• Attach tags or labels and mark information on containers.
• Stack or assemble materials into bundles using banding equipment; may use automated equipment occasionally.
