Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading employee-owned Tier 1 supplier to the global automotive industry, seeks a forklift operator to move materials and support plant flow. You will observe safety rules, load/unload pallets, and supply materials to production lines.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, at least one month of related experience or training, and the ability to work up to 12 hours per day including weekends. Prior forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous material handling and forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial forklift safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Load, unload, and stack materials; assist with inventory and transport to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate material handling records and support plant flow.
• Follow safety, environmental, regulatory, and company procedures at all times.
