Job summary

Kohl's in Ohio is seeking a Material Handler to prepare, process and move merchandise efficiently and safely. You will be cross-trained across departments to support store operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with weekend premium of $2.25 or night shift premium of $1.25; premiums cannot be combined. Available shifts include Mon-Thu 7am-5pm and 6pm-4am, plus Fri-Sun options.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English to understand and follow rules, training and instructions.
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Adept multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to complete training and cross-train in at least 2 departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, pick, pack, ship orders and returns; load/unload trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communicating with vendors and locations.
• Follow safety rules, report potential violations and maintain OSHA-compliant practices.
