You will assemble mattresses, lift heavy items, and read a tape measure to ensure correct sizing while maintaining safety and quality standards. English fluency is required for labeling processes and daily communication with teammates and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to read, write, and understand English instructions and labeling processes.
• Measurement proficiency to read and interpret a basic tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mattresses according to type and configuration styles.
• Lift 35 to 90 lbs of foam or mattresses.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and read a tape measure for sizing.
• Maintain quality standards as prescribed by management.
• Manage waste by picking up trash and discarding defective products.
