Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Heavy lifting and/or shifting of material, etc.
• Prior machine experience working in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
• On the job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Stacking fiber bins and fiber bales.
• Loading fiber bales in the openers.
• Manual lifting and shifting of fiber metal roll-bar weighing about 40 lbs.
• Learning all the positions to rotate breaks
• Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills
