Mattr in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking a Material Handler for the third shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to support efficient material flow. The role focuses on loading, unloading, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accuracy in ERP records, and assisting production with kitting and material pulls.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, and proven ability to operate forklifts safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Basic math, computer and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and electronic communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, move, store, and issue materials per procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Receive, store, and process materials with ERP records.
• Support production by following pull lists and kitting materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while collaborating with team members.
