Job summary

sg360° is seeking a reliable Material Handler 3 for 1st shift (7am to 3pm) in our Park Heights, OH facility. This union role handles loading/unloading, inventory, and shipping documentation, operating lift trucks and related equipment.

Responsibilities include delivering materials to production areas, weighing finished goods, and maintaining accurate records. Forklift experience and basic computer skills are preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years warehousing, shipping, and receiving experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents; general English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from trucks using a lift truck, clamp truck, manual jack, or dolly.
• Operate trailer restraints, dock plates, overhead doors, banding, and wrapping equipment.
• Deliver raw material to production areas and collect loads of finished goods from the pressroom.
• Weigh and count finished goods and prepare related documentation; verify inventory counts for production teams.
• Deliver general inventory to the pressroom; prepare finished loads for shipment and maintain warehouse organization.
• Inspect lift truck at start of shift and perform basic shift maintenance; train new personnel.
